Kim Jung Un
Kim Jung Un is a kinetic sculptor, instrument maker and media artist. She audio - visualizes the scientific phenomenon that exists in the space but invisible, through researches of mediums and digital technologies. Her work starts with attempts and approaches to awake the senses we often overlook in our rapidly changing society. She covered not only software skills but also tangible media, such as kinetic sound sculpture based on the magnetic field, interactive media and experimental performance with the apparatus. She materializes media that can exist on individual’s eyes and ears.
